Residence Hall

The new Residential Building accommodates 533 students in fully furnished apartments, each with a full kitchen, living room and two bathrooms, together with a variety of single or double bedrooms in each unit. Amenities throughout the building include laundry facilities, a fitness center, study lounges, and common areas for student socializing. The building also includes academic spaces with 2 classrooms, a computer lab, and 4 apartments for faculty and staff and features an outdoor courtyard for the residents.

Academic Building

The new Academic Building consists of approximately 60,000 sf. and offers a diverse schedule of classes and academic events. The building offers 14 classrooms, including 2 computer labs, together with a large ground floor multipurpose classroom and cafe space. The building also includes areas for student project work and study, and includes administrative support areas for faculty and staff.

SJ Gas Corp HQ & Parking Garage

The new South Jersey Gas Headquarters Project is designed as a six-story office tower atop the structured parking garage it will share with Stockton University. The 72,000 square foot office facility will house customer service, sales, and operations for the company.
